My English teacher asked us to write an ode to vacation.What do you think?
Vacation Where relaxation and sleep rules over hard work and restless nights. Waiting anxiously for holidays, presents, traveling, instead of waiting for tests. Life is peaceful, pleasant and perfect. Meeting friends and having fun. Times forbidden during school become open for explorations and adventure. Going to sleep early is a choice not a necessity. The end of vacation brings a start on a New Year with remorse from the past comes joy, of what is to come, who you will become and what will stay the same. also based on this, what grade do you think i'm in?
I would think you're in 8th grade. But this has all the characteristics of an Ode. So it's all good(:
