2 of us are planning on going to thailand next summer for 4 weeks. hopefully flying manchester to bangkok, would it be best getting the flight home from bangkok as well? or somewhere further south where we are making our way down to? Best or cheapest airline to go with? Also, places of interest, best places to visit, partying, sites, trips, excursions and all the rest? Safety? and also places we should avoid? Thanks! Also, what are we supposed to do with money? i don't want to have £800 worth of baht in my pocket...
Hi You would need a return flight before you go or you wont get in to Thailand or an ongoing ticket somewhere You need to put your ages on here and are you married couple or 2 guys would help If you are going just for partying go to Pataya Its a very large country and a million things to do best bet is look at trip advisor or youtube or search around in here same questions come up frequently Qatar and Etihad are cheapest look at lastminute.com Safety its safer than the Uk for sure in my opinion never had a problem Avoid tuk tuks and taxi tour taking you to stores for jewellery etc
There more than meets the eye in Thailand. You will surprised that there is lots more to do that just hang out in the beaches.Thailand, recently has increased in touristic value. With its charming hospitality, calm beaches and exotic food, I would think you chose well for a holiday destination! I found a very nice article on a trip to Thailand for a honeymoon. This guide has given lot of good options. Check out the is a complete guide on Thailand: http://www.mygola.com/trip-to-bangkok-with-sr-citizens/t1278#q1675
first Thailand is very safe!!! go to see the islands ,koTao /ko fangan/koSamui Phuket/Krabi nature ,waterfalls at Kanchanaburi, north Thailand- Chiangmai Night life - Bangkok/Pattaya/Hua hin
First of all, you need to have a return ticket. I understand during summer they are a lot of flight operated. You may try China Airline, Ethihat and Qarta. [Not direct flight] You may planned for your holiday about your interesting activities. If you love to relax on the beach, you should go to the south of Thailand. Probably Ko Samui, Ko Tao for a week. [Full moon night may make you enjoy with it] The capital city itself you can stay in backpack on kaosan road with cheap accommodation. Then, enjoy sightseeing around or a trip to some interesting place with short destination. Go up north of Thailand, visit hill tribe village, elephant at work or bamboo riding etc. Hope can help
| What is the independent travel which I plan and I realise? - Independent travel for me it: independence, a freedom in choosing and decision-making. It is responsibility which lies on me and only on me. Is a way to experience the country, to size up it without relying on luster of tourist magazines, being in private with way of life: people, meal, binge, dances, the nature... |
